• Device & usage data: IP address, device identifiers (IMEI etc.), browser/app usage, cookies, logs, location data
• KYC & legal documents: PAN, Aadhaar (masked/redacted), address proof, bank statements, salary slips etc.

3. Third Party Data Sources

We may lawfully receive your information from credit bureaus, account aggregators, regulatory/verification partners, and other authorized third‑party service providers. All such data when combined with directly collected information will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

4. Purpose of Processing

Your information is used for: identity verification (KYC), credit assessment and underwriting, compliance with Indian laws & regulations (including DPDP Act 2023, RBI guidelines, IT Act 2000), fraud detection and prevention, customer support, service improvements, and communication (transactional, operational, and, with your consent, promotional).

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain data only as long as needed for fulfilling service delivery, legal/regulatory obligations, dispute resolution. We secure your data using industry‑standard technical & organizational safeguards (encryption, access controls, monitoring). When data is no longer required, it is disposed of securely or anonymized.

6. Deletion / Correction

You may request correction, modification or deletion/anonymization of your personal data via the app or via email at our support contact. Such requests will be processed in compliance with applicable laws. You will receive confirmation once the requested changes are completed.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not rent or sell your personal data. Information may only be shared:

• With banks, financial institutions, and partners to deliver services.
• With service providers engaged in verification, analytics, or operations.

Annexure – Permissions Required by the Mobile App

1. Camera & Microphone: For selfie/photo capture, video/audio verification, and KYC uploads
2. Storage: To upload identity/address proof, bank statements, documents etc.
3. Location Services: To verify address, serviceability, detect fraud
4. Device Information: Device identifiers, IP, OS/browser info for security
5. Phone State: To enable in‑app customer support calls
6. SMS (Selective Access): Read OTPs etc from numeric/shortcode senders for verification
7. Device Status: Device health/status to link device to account and secure transactions
