Mr. Nitant Desai is a seasoned Leader with 40+ years of hands-on experience in the financial services sector with Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and Housing Finance Companies (HFCs). He has held senior leadership positions at leading institutions such as PNB Housing Finance, HDFC Standard Life Insurance, Union National Bank (Abu Dhabi), and ICICI Bank. Nitant has had a diverse experience and has expertise in risk management, technology, operations, compliance & regulatory frameworks essential for NBFCs and HFCs.He was appointed on our Board with effect from July 05, 2025.
